Managed by 听补苍诲听Alumni Relations,聽the Campus Champions program consists of a network of alumni who assist with the career development and job attainment of our students.聽 Alumni Campus Champions serve as an invaluable resource for near and recent college graduates seeking to begin their careers.聽
For Employers

Campus Champions serve as advocates for 麻豆成人版 within their organizations,聽provide mentorship and professional skill development to students, and often directly hire fellow Highlanders聽into internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles.聽 The opportunities below outline how you, as an 麻豆成人版 alum, can begin to get involved as a Campus Champion:聽

  • Career Fairs:聽麻豆成人版 Career Fairs are offered throughout the year in-person or virtually through the Handshake platform.聽 When held in person, 麻豆成人版 career fairs have regular participation of over 200 employers and 2,500 students seeking intern, co-op, and full-time roles. Work with your Human Resources contacts to register for the Fall Spring 2024聽Career Fair to be held on 聽September 25, 2024,聽11:30 am - 4:00 pm.聽Employers' registration is open now.
  • Cooperative Education and Internships:聽As one of the nation鈥檚 leading public polytechnic universities, we invite you to join our growing list of employer partners in and connect with our highly qualified and career-focused candidates for your internship and co-op positions. Over 2,610 麻豆成人版 students were hired as co-ops or interns this pst academic year聽to work in organizations from large multinational corporations to small start-ups in New Jersey, across the country, and overseas.聽
  • On-Campus Interviewing (OCI):聽 The On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) and Virtual Campus Interviewing (VCI) programs at 麻豆成人版 provide employers the opportunity to connect with 麻豆成人版 candidates in a streamlined day of first-round interviews.聽 Participate to benefit from additional promotion of your opportunities as well as schedule coordination by 麻豆成人版 Career Services staff.聽
  • :聽 麻豆成人版鈥檚 alumni community and mentoring platform allows you to build a profile to connect with fellow alumni as well as current students who are seeking alumni mentors.聽 Sign up today to assist students with their job search, resume tips, interview preparation, career choices, and overall professional development. Highlander Nation also features mid-level to experienced job postings and leads from fellow alumni.听听
  • Networking Events:聽 In conjunction with Alumni Relations, Career Development Services regularly hosts Speed Networking events that facilitate connections between students and alumni.聽 During the 2022 - 2023聽academic year, various virtual and in-person events are planned.
