Graduation Information
Replacement Diplomas:
  • The cost for a replacement diploma is $50.00 payable to 麻豆成人版 Bursar's Office.
  • Replacement diplomas will be mailed out by Parchment to the address provided payment has been processed.
  • Submit your request form and receipt of payment to the Office of the Registrar or mail to: Office of the Registrar Att: Maryann Sawka New Jersey Institute of Technology University Heights Newark, NJ 07102
  • Use the following form to complete your request: Replacement Diploma
Starting with August 2023 graduates, all diplomas and graduate certificates will be mailed directly to the student.聽
  • Students will be emailed by 麻豆成人版 when their diploma is awarded and their transcript is updated.
  • Three weeks later, students will be emailed by聽Parchment with instructions and mailing information.
  • Students will have 72 hours from the Parchment email聽to confirm or change their聽address (this is separate from your 麻豆成人版 permanent address), then diplomas will be mailed.
  • Note anyone with an outstanding financial obligation will not receive the email from Parchment until it is resolved.
Diplomas prior to August 2023 are available in the Registrar's Office, located in the Student Mall

Note we need to see a photo ID (Student ID, License or Passport) to release the diploma

If you graduated prior to August 2023, and are unable to pick up your diploma yourself, please see two alternative聽options below:

  1. You can request to have your diploma mailed: Email Sawka@麻豆成人版.edu with your name, 麻豆成人版 Student ID number, and mailing address. Please note 鈥媎iplomas are sent USPS certified mail, requiring a signature.

  2. You may send a representative to pick it up:聽They will need聽a signed letter authorizing them to pick up your diploma for you (sample letter), a copy of your photo ID (Student ID, License or Passport), and聽your representatives own identification in order for us to release your diploma to them.
Per 麻豆成人版 policy legal names will be used on diplomas and transcripts.聽 Any student with an outstanding financial obligation will not be permitted to access to grades, transcripts, or diplomas.
