Incoming UPS packages are received daily at the 麻豆成人版 Mailroom. Upon receipt, mailroom staff will sign聽for the packages on the UPS driver's scanning system.聽 This signature information will be the information that you see on your UPS.com tracking screen.聽 On the聽same day (or the next day for late receipts), mailroom staff will deliver the packages to the department.聽 Upon delivery, the department will need to sign for the package on the 麻豆成人版 package tracking system.聽 This information will NOT display on your UPS.com tracking screen.聽 This information WILL, however, be available for query within the 麻豆成人版 scanning system.聽 Please contact the mailroom at x3191 if you need to track a package delivery within 麻豆成人版.

Outgoing packages to be sent out via UPS聽should be delivered to the Mailroom聽along with a typed address label showing the recipient's address and the sender's return address (including department and name). These packages are picked up each afternoon from the 麻豆成人版聽mailroom by the UPS truck at approximately 2:00 p.m.聽 The 麻豆成人版 mailroom has a UPS account that should be used by departments when sending out packages.聽 The mailroom will pay the UPS bill for these shipments then will back charge the department's index for the shipping cost. In this way, a PO number does not need to be generated by the department.聽 Departments are discouraged from using their own UPS accounts as the department may not get the聽preferred shipping rates that the mailroom account receives and the聽department would need to process their own UPS POs and invoices.

Note.聽 If an outside person, vendor or company is sending a package to an 麻豆成人版 department, that company聽should use their own UPS account.聽 Sometimes, if an 麻豆成人版 department needs to return the聽item to that company (perhaps if it is defective), that company will allow you to use their UPS account to return the item.聽 In these cases, no one at 麻豆成人版 gets/pays that UPS bill (the outside company does).
