In the interest of maintaining a safe and healthy campus, all full and part-time聽students, new to 麻豆成人版, are required to complete the Pre-Entrance Health Requirements packet.聽聽

Student Health Packet

All forms in the Student Health Packet are to be submitted through the Medicat Patient Portal at njit.medicatconnect.com.
