Spring 2025 New Graduate Student Orientation*

Welcome to 麻豆成人版! We are pleased you will be joining us this Spring!

The New Graduate Student Orientation has two components. An听in-person orientation听will be held on January 28, 2025, and an email invitation for this event will be sent to all new graduate students.听A second component of the听Spring 2025听Orientation is offered as a听,听which provides information about the resources available to you as a graduate student at 麻豆成人版. It will summarize graduate policies and procedures and provide guidance for success in your studies.听

听to confirm attendance for this upcoming Spring. You will need a 麻豆成人版 UCID in order to access the听.听Remember that your 麻豆成人版 ID is different from your 8-digit Student ID Number.

An in-person orientation will be held on January 28, 2025, and an email invitation will be sent to all new graduate students.

I am a new international graduate student. Can I also utilize the self-guided online orientation?

Yes. Please note that incoming international graduate students will also have a separate听virtual听orientation听hosted by the Office of Global Initiatives, geared towards the concerns of international students.

Will there be an in-person orientation for additional questions?

Yes. An in-person orientation for both new domestic and international graduate students will be held on January 28, 2025, where you will receive additional guidance and strategies for graduate school success, Q&A, as well as meet some of the Office of Graduate Studies staff.

Questions about financial aid

As a full-time or听part-time matriculated domestic graduate student with an admissions application on file,听you may be eligible for federal student loans.听 If you have not already done so, submit the听.听 Be sure to enter 麻豆成人版's federal听school code,听002621.听If you would like to speak to an 麻豆成人版 Financial Aid Counselor, please visit the听Student Financial Aid Service听Contacts听page.

Please contact the听Office of the Registrar听if you have questions about class offerings or听your schedule in particular.听Reach out to your Graduate Academic Advisor as well.听 If you do not know who your advisor is, please contact the听Graduate Studies Office听and we can assist you.
